Title will be commensurate with experience.Responsibilities:Support company's power generation project development, acquisition, and operations activities in the areas of electric transmission/interconnection/markets.Support preparing, submitting, and managing generator interconnection requests and follow study processes as needed.Perform power flow analysis, review models, and review studies to determine potential upgrade and costs associated with interconnection.Coordinate, review, and interpret interconnection and transmission studies (short circuit, transient stability, and load flow) performed by utilities and outside consultants.Support developing strategies to enter new markets and select preferred zones within various markets for greenfield development.Maintain a thorough understanding of key congestion issues across various ISOs/RTOs.Support M&A team as needed on transmission, interconnection & congestion issues and support developing views on preferred markets / zones.Assist in developing supply stack assumptions across various markets.
