This is an experienced level position that requires a Jack-of-all-Trades level of experience with a strong drive to learn more. Responsibilities: Implement and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to include servers, networking, and security components within our AWS and Azure infrastructure Comply with project plans and software development lifecycle standards Build and support integrations between all MOBE systems internal and external (Okta, Salesforce, Marketo, Time Trade, Five9...) and other third-party applications Collaborate with software development peers to design, develop and support Salesforce's integration with other MOBE technology platforms Assist IT Operations with the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and vendor management Maintain applications and systems documentation used in design, development, test and support activities. Contribute to team effectiveness by completing assigned projects on time Provide information by answering questions and requests Diagnose root causes of service issues and drive resolution of issues while working with the appropriate vendors Advanced understanding of Cloud environments (Azure and AWS). Examples of specific areas for an AWS environment including but not limited to; EC2, CloudWatch, Elastic IP and other AWS systems/features managed by MOBE or applicable vendor. Similar for Azure.
