We are building out a custom, on-demand library of Virtual Y content and creating a "Netflix for the Y" experience. We are growing our content production via livestreams and on-demand content and are looking for someone passionate about video production to help us elevate the quality of our livestreams & on-demand video series. You will be the manager and production lead for our state-of-the-art video studio at the Dayton Gaviidae YMCA. You'll supervise the day-to-day production needs while innovating on our video content. You'll work with a video producer, editor, and AVP of Digital Marketing & Platforms to create an annual content strategy to grow and optimize the Virtual Y platform.
