A Video & Livestream Producer is needed to oversee, manage, and produce video content within the livestream studio at the Dayton Gaviidae YMCA. We are building out a custom, on-demand library of Virtual Y content and creating a "Netflix for the Y" experience. We are growing our content production via livestreams and on-demand content and are looking for someone passionate about video production to help us elevate the quality of our livestreams & on-demand video series. You will be the manager and production lead for our state-of-the-art video studio at the Dayton Gaviidae YMCA. You'll supervise the day-to-day production needs while innovating on our video content. You'll work with a video producer, editor, and AVP of Digital Marketing & Platforms to create an annual content strategy to grow and optimize the Virtual Y platform. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to edit videos and video series, analyze performance data, collaborate with pertinent stakeholders; and see a project through while staying within budget and schedule. You will help shepherd the livestreams & on-demand video series and work on developing new concepts with our team. In addition, the candidate will operate as a video editor, an expert in assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the original vision and is suitable for Virtual Y, social media, television, and all of our digital platforms.
