We are currently hiring throughout the St Paul, MN and surrounding area.There are several different names for this type of work including hydro excavation, potholing, and keyholing.Your Responsibilities as an Excavation OperatorTravel to an assigned work site to perform vacuum excavation, which involves soil extraction through a vacuum using pressurized water or air to break groundResponsible for successful vacuum excavation which exposes utilities for design and excavation purposesWork outdoors in all types of weather conditionsUse a company provided laptop to detail the projectPerform various hydro excavation activities near utilities, including core drilling, shoveling, backfilling, and construction laborAs we look to continue leading the industry in quality and safety, we need people to join our team who are problem solvers, confident, take pride in public safety, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, exciting work environment. The successful candidate will have a problem-solving attitude, excellent attention to detail and self-discipline to assist the team in managing a portfolio of 100+ community solar gardens.Responsibilities• Execute successful community solar customer management and billing by collaborating and facilitating meetings with electric utility partners and processing customer account details in electric utility portals• Oversee daily customer account changes including account cancelations, payment delinquency, electricity usage changes and relocations• Analyze community solar garden customer acquisition levels, communicate customer acquisition needs and optimize customer management and utility portal processes• Establish problem-solving skills, knowledge of community solar programs and electric bill literacy to ensure program execution and inform customer service teams• Organize and generate subscription and utility documents required for program participation and financial closings• Perform administrative tasks to support the internal and external onboarding of new subscribersRequirements• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of professional experience• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to learn utility portal functionality• Ability to communicate progress, identify obstacles and problem-solve while working on projects• Self-directed worker comfortable working individually and collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced environment• Interest in the renewable energy industryUS Solar seeks candidates who are flexible, motivated and responsible, and who would like to be part of a hard-working, good-humored team of individuals.

What You'll DoYou will be responsible for performing detailed electrical engineering design on a variety of engineering tasks. You will be performing engineering tasks on a variety of projects with various degrees of technical difficulty.As a Project Manager, a typical day may include the following:Owning and updating the program's Plan spreadsheetUpdating systems based on current backlog and maintaining the systems moving forward.Truing up financials in Work Studio and SAP and clearing backlog activitiesFinancial analysis between planned and completed activities, variances, vendor velocity, and productivity measurements.Reporting to program leadership, weekly cadences, escalating program issues.Managing the 2024 vegetation management planRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree4+ years of Vegetation ManagementAiDash Intelligent Vegetation Management System experience (IVMS)Curious and active listener: You have a deep hunger to learn, coupled with a willingness to think outside the box.
