Desired Previous Job Experience 3-5 years in distribution center site with exposure to production roles Working knowledge of various software systems and screens used at site High school education or equivalent Minimum Position Qualifications: 2 years of warehouse experience Organizational, time management Customer service skills Strong computer skills, ability to learn and apply new systems and software Ability to work autonomously with minimal of supervision Ability to work in stressful setting, meet deadlines, adapt to changing conditions Essential Job Functions: Review specific shift orders and made necessary adjustment to pick stations Review and identify high volume items to prevent scratches Assign work authority and vehicles for the shift Assign staging lanes, carriers, trailers and doors to all routes Assign waves based on shifts resources and scheduled pull times Release production on the floor Verify all orders have been routed and waved for the shift Verify the status of the routes throughout the shift Work with shipping office to reroute product as needed Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
