Company Accountant Salary in Manhattan, NY

My client, a Service company in NYC, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the month end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, accruals, recording monthly revenues, and analyzing various balance sheet accounts. You will assist with all accounting procedures and focus on improving efficiencies and enhancing internal controls. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required for this role and a minimum of 3+ years' experience with a strong understanding of GAAP. NetSuite experience is also required as well as advanced excel skills and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data. My client is in the office 4 days a week and Fridays are work from home.
