The Road Supervisor will monitor street operations according to client, operations, and safety department requirements. Job Responsibilities:Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy. This person organizes work dispatched to them by the Manager, maintains thorough and accurate records of all work performed, and clearly communicates the status of work with appropriate parties. This person will also be responsible for maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle which they will take home at night. Must live within 30 miles of location of position listed Ability to work efficiently with technology tools including smart phones, laptops, tablets, and software required. Ability to maintain light to moderate physical activity for an 8-hour period in outside environments with exposure to sun, wind, rain, heat, and cold required. Ability to perform more strenuous physical activity including extended overhead work in ceilings, crawling and working in tight spaces, and periodically lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs. required. Knowledge of the manufacturer's installation practices and codes for small refrigeration equipment, and walk-in boxes, Ice machines, Soda/Fountain machines, rack, supermarket, multiple compressor installations. Demonstrates self-motivation & successful experience in previous jobs & assigned responsibilities. Ability to multitask, and get supervisors' approval on questions or concerns.
