Research and understand the customer's needs and build a trusting and high integrity relationship with each.Create a custom solution and present information that can meet their needs and problem-solve for their challenges. Importantly, ensure the customer is heard and you are flexible to their needs. Ensure all questions are answered so every customer will enthusiastically speak highly and refer to their patients.Maintain a CRM database that includes all key contact information, frequency of calls/communications and next steps.
