DESCRIPTIONProject Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Kuiper team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Area Manager. This role will be responsible for managing warehouse associates in functional areas such as material receipt, picking, kitting, or material delivery. You are comfortable with ambiguity and will set the vision for our daily operations, ensuring the team consistently executes to meet customer needs. You recognize that your people are the key to success and use your energy, motivation and innovation to earn trust with your team every day. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will range from labor planning to strategic projects to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $162,000/year in our highest geographic market.
