(Only HCM required) Creates and Deliver Documentation and training to end user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements Documents and communicate functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team Performs Impact analysis for solution options of new requirements/enhancement and asses global impact Maintains System configuration including Approval rules, Roles and Personalizations in Oracle HCM system Executes QA services and regression testing for all applicable Oracle HCM patches, upgrades, reports and customizations Works with supported corporate HR and Payroll functions to streamline, document and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions like ADP, Kronos, OKTA, etc.REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree 5+ years of total experience 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting applications like Oracle HCM, EBS, Workday, Peoplesoft or similar applications preferred Experience with the following Oracle HCM modules: Core HR Additional relevant experience: HR background/experience. SQL knowledge Techno-functional skills preferred - they will analyze data from reports but not pull the data The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
