You will provide overall leadership and supervision to all on-site activities at our job sites.Why work here?Construct for premier brandsIndustry-leading pay and excellent benefits package/401K programEmployee-owned companyUnlimited room for growthProject scope:Luxury Retail$5M-$20M projectsResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day field operations of interior construction projectsMust have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spacesManage subcontractors effectively/efficientlyManage in-house employees -assistant superintendents, laborersInteraction with clients, architects, engineersDaily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client RepresentativesManagement of schedule, including weekly preparation of two-week look-ahead schedulesCoordination between tradesDimension/layout verificationVerification of compliance with submittalsDaily focus on job site safetyMaintenance of daily logMaintain job site security/perimeterBe capable of working in a team or autonomously as the size of future projects may dictateBe capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick-turn projects simultaneouslyManage the closeout process and warranty responses with the project managerCoordinate site testing and inspection effortsMonitor costs, including labor time and materialAttend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetingsComputer Systems:Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Procore, and TimberlineEducational and Professional Qualifications:8 yr minimum experience as Superintendent with experience in the retail space.Must be able to efficiently multi-taskThe ability to work with tools to perform various phases of construction work is a plusDemonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specificationsExperience managing subcontractorsProficient in Windows operating systems and associated software.Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner.If this is something of interest, please apply!
