What you'll do atPosition Summary...What you'll do...Walmart Commerce Technologies (WCT) is a new start up within Walmart Global Tech commercializing internally developed technologies and offering it to external companies. The Director - Technology Commercialization Client Implementations and Delivery will be responsible for leading the implementation of our SaaS products for our clients. The Director will oversee a team of Client delivery managers, technology consultants, and implementation managers to ensure successful planning, execution and delivery Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of the a portfolio of customer implementations ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets and build in continuous improvement processes. Lead the tech discovery process, to understand client requirements and business processes to tailor the implementation strategy accordingly. Provide technical consulting to the client to enable successful implementation and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a smooth implementation. Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing proactive communication throughout the implementation process. Manage and mentor the SaaS implementation teams that drives planning, prioritization, and implementation of projects. Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized project management framework and consistent project management methodology. Manage client relationships and escalations in an important governance role on key projects. Minimum qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field. 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in planning, executing, and delivering complex SaaS implementation projects. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
