Director of Facilities Maintenance The Pitt Greensburg Facilities Management department is responsible for all facets of physical plant safety, safety code compliance and ensuring all hazards are removed or minimized. The Pitt Greensburg Facilities Management department is responsible for project management of new construction and renovations and/or ongoing maintenance to existing structures, performing engineering functions, and developing and implementing internal policies to comply with federal, state, local and University regulations. The department oversees a varied workforce which includes skilled workers, custodians and grounds keepers engaged in the care of campus buildings and grounds.
