Conduct risk assessments and identify risks associated with warehouse activities, safety, loss prevention, and processes. Implement risk management strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.3. Coordinates all incident investigations and leads loss prevention investigations, including theft of goods and money. Analyze data and other related information for potential loss prevention and fraud risks. Assure an effective incident prevention program is maintained, and appropriate measures are taken.4. Keep abreast of, advise management, and ensure compliance with State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations, such as OSHA. Stay up to date on industry trends.5. Provide staff with training and guidance on risk management practices and protocols. Lead investigative and verbal de-escalation training and facilitate other training for your AP team as needed. Implement security measures to protect physical assets and facilities, such as surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.11. Manage relationships with vendors, law enforcement agencies, and other external partners to enhance efforts.14.
