Once decisioned the Processor collects and reviews conditions and resubmits Mortgage loan file to Underwriter for final clear to close5%Orders all necessary validation documents examples of but not limited to verifications (VOE, VOD, VOM, VOR, Etc.), appraisals, title work, obtains information from builder if builder approval is necessary, flood certifications, Etc. to complete the validation process of the mortgage loan application file.5%During the process of ordering, reviewing, and auditing a mortgage loan application does not meet minimum standards the processor will recommend to the MLO and Underwriter the file be denied. Once denied the appropriate process will be following to maintain all regulatory standards.5%Audits the mortgage loan application and file before passing the file to the Mortgage Loan Closer to complete the closing process.5%Works with the Mortgage Operations Manager to train and mentor other staff member(s) on various concerns that arise to help them obtain their desired individual mortgage career goals.5%Works with the Mortgage Servicing team to make sure that all Quality control findings are resolved and cleared on average within 24 hours of notification.5%Ensuring all residential mortgage loan applications and files they work on meet or exceed all regulatory, private investor FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA requirements and guidelines.at every phase of the loan process.5%Performs other related duties as assigned.Performance Measurements:1.Reviews and audits initial mortgage loan application file and supporting documents within 2 business days of receipt and communicates all missing or inaccuracies2.Processes and closes on average a minimum of 15-20 mortgage loan application files per month.3.Provide friendly, accurate, professional service to members and all associated parties each transaction by responding to messages and correspondence within a 24-48 hour timeframe4.Maintains knowledge of all PAFCU Portfolio guidelines, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.5.Maintains a working knowledge of all Mortgage regulations including but not limited to CFPB/Dodd Frank, ECOA, Fair Lending, HMDA, Reg B, Reg C, Reg Z, RESPA, and TILA6.Develop and maintain knowledge of all mortgage products and rates within the credit union and from the mortgage industry.7.Regular reliable attendance.8.Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Pen Air Core Values Knowledge and Skills:ExperienceFive years to eight years of similar or related experience.
