Identifies problems and takes appropriate action in order to ensure timely and error-free service to NWRDC's customers.Responsibilities Facilitate/perform job implementation and flow modification using automated tools. Create and maintain specialized software calendars and run day requirements to effectively automate the execution of batch cycles. Initiate and verify the successful completion of production cycles through the use of standard enterprise tools. Trains colleagues in methods for performing an effective and efficient job across multi- systems or platforms to include best automation practices. Trains end users on supported standardized workload scheduling, code migration, output retrieval, and associated products. Project leader for automation tasks and special projects.
