This person would be part of a 3 to 4-person project execution team managing the execution of the work being performed by their subcontractors. Ten (10+) years of construction experience desired with 5+ years on projects $5M or greater. Candidates possessing US Navy, Air Force, and/or US Army Corp construction experience desired. The initial project is located in Panama City, FL. The superintendent would be working with an onsite team consisting of a project manager, a QCM, and an SSHO. The ability to work as a team is paramount. Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractors and/or craft activities ensuring adherence to plans and specifications; enforcing site safety, and providing contractor quality control. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills.
