Background:Wiss seeks a Senior Assurance Manager to join its growing Investor Backed practice. As a Senior Assurance Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of assurance engagements. You will closely work with the team to tackle accounting, auditing, and other issues, while using assurance tools and technology. You will also be responsible for mentoring assurance staff, providing them with developmental feedback and career guidance. The Senior Assurance Manager will demonstrate extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the common business and accounting issues facing non-publicly traded companies in the technology, media, and life sciences industries. These issues include but are not limited to complex debt and equity arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entrepreneurship, funding requirements, growth objectives and exit strategies.Specific experience working with Private Equity portfolio companies is essential!The position will reside in Florham Park, NJ. They are actively seeking Building Automation Project Manager's who can lead an installation or service team of technicians on new construction projects and installation. Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical Contracting or Building Automation is essential!The Project Manager will be directly responsible for project planning, staging, scheduling and budgeting of concurrent projects. This individual will work to ensure that the scope of assigned projects is completed on schedule and within budget.
