What will you do?• Responsible for implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma concepts, interfacing with cross-functional teams and other functional departments• Lead problem solving regarding internal and external customer concerns utilizing tools including 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma, all driving to understand Root Cause - implementing corrective and preventative actions and driving continuous improvement.• Leads review, development, and implementation of PFMEA, process control plans and poka-yoke opportunities.• Support the Manufacturing Lines ensuring all specifications are assured and proactively look to increase efficiency• Training and development of Production Teams using the required Schneider Electric Digital Tools• Responsible for monitoring and reporting key metrics and developing improvement plan• Lead and complete Internal Audits, ensure all ISO Standard rules and regulations are enforced. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 39001 & ISO 50001• Interfaces with external customer regarding product concerns, responsible for investigations, customer follow-up, and ultimate customer satisfaction!• Interfaces heavily with Technical Antennas, manufacturing hourly and salaried support personnel, and external corporate engineering, quality, and supplier quality resources. • Supports new product introductions, supplier development activities relating to manufactured components, and is a key contributor to those overall successes.• Benchmark with other Schneider entities, align, and deploy projects to utilize digital technology in the process robustnessWhat qualifications will make you successful?• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic engineering is required. • 2 + years of experience with manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools, 5S, 8D, Kaizen events, 5 Whys, DMAIC, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Process Auditing, Process Capability analysis, ISO, Poka Yoke design desired • Application of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, statistical methods, certification highly desired• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 standards. This position is accountable for managing large customer engineered to order projects at the El Paso, TX sites to ensure the customer receives the best sales service possible and Schneider Electrics sales opportunities are maximized. The project scope typically incorporates complex equipment and can extend over multiple years.What will you do? Takes ownership for the customer as the primary order management contact at Schneider Electric Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes customer projects/programs Confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, Bill of Material alignment with specifications, and clarifing exceptions Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support and financial reconciliation Partners with Field Sales or higher-level project management roles to validate the project's statement of work and contract terms with the customer What qualifications will make you successful?
