About the Graduate School of Professional Psychology The Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) at DU was created in 1976 to house one of the first Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) programs in the country, under the then-new Vail training model (practitioner-scholar). About the Master of Arts in Sports Coaching Program & Certificates Founded in 2015, the Master of Arts in Sport Coaching was the first degree in GSPP history to be offered fully online. In 2022, a new undergraduate minor in Kinesiology and Sport Studies launched. Beginning fall 2023, a new undergraduate major in Kinesiology and Sports Studies will be available.
