Responsibilities: The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating, managing, assigning resources, processes, and activities regarding the successful delivery of the entire IT service delivery process.The Contractor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interfacing with client's management personnel, staffing of all tasks, formulating, and enforcing work standards, creating personnel, project schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, communicating client's policies, purposes, and goals to the contractor team. The Contractor shall facilitate communication with the client, and act as the primary technical, managerial interface between the Contractor and the client's management team.
