Key measures of success will be availability of product in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost against the demand forecast.Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planner will work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Publishing, Content Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to understand the key upstream and downstream supply drivers within the end to end value chain. The Supply Planner is required to translate the forecast, requirements, and constraints into a supply plan out to 18 months. The plan will inform the capacity plan for Supply Chain and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure appropriate levels of resource and capacity are in place to support the planned requirements and product availability.In coordinating and executing the supply plan, the Supply Planner will identify, manage, and mitigate any supply risks and issues, and provide the relevant inputs into the monthly Supply Review Meetings for the appropriate level of governance and oversight by senior management stakeholders.Key Accountabilities include:1. Review forward requisitions with a view to the right quantity, location and schedule. 2. Make replenishment and print decisions, and end of life recommendations based on analysis of the available data and input from stakeholders.3. Monitor stock dates through the printing and freight process to ensure risks and issues are identified, managed, and mitigated for on-time delivery and availability of product.4. Issue instructions for assembly of composite products (packs), stock re-working, and monitor for on-time delivery.5. Work closely with colleagues in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to communicate the supply plan requirements and determine any constraints to the plan that could affect execution or availability.6. Provide inputs for Product Review Meetings and take action on outputs as agreed and facilitate changes in product lifecycle status.7. Collaborate with Sales colleagues and Demand Planning on market and customer specific product to agree quantities, timing, and most appropriate delivery method to minimize inventory, freight and warehouse costs while ensuring customer requirements are met. Customer Account Associate

We are seeking a Customer Account Associate to join our team! The individual in this position will provide customer support and communication through direct management of customer orders while closely assisting/supporting our Sales team along with our extensive customer base. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through processing orders, inquiries, order management and billing. Coordination with manufacturing plants, technology services, and other departments will be required. Individual must be able to handle complex customer inquiries and problems. This is an hourly position.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Answer incoming calls, order entry and maintenance, customer account maintenance. Liaison with customer base, sales force, manufacturing, R&D, marketing and other departments. Investigate complaints to resolve customer issues; assist in preparation of credit memos for price adjustments, order entry errors and other administrative errors. Work cohesively with Demand Planning, customers and outside warehouses on inventoried items. Work with Global Price Team and sales on price masters. Maintaining systems accurately. Work cohesively with supply chain buyer/planners, coordinating changes needed on customer orders. Work with manager on associated projects/teams. JOBS, EXPERINCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years customer service and account support/management experience in the manufacturing or paper industry using silicone as the processing agent within a product knowledge-based customer support center. Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP a plus. Excellent written and oral communication, the ability to build collaborative relationships with Loparex team and our customer base.
