And we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to add to our team.Role to Fill: Administrative Assistant and Assistant to the HVAC&R Service ManagerIn this customer facing role, the right individual will become a recognized and trusted voice to our customers by handling incoming service requests, phone calls and email correspondence. This role will also be involved in maximizing service department efficiency by working closely with the Service Manager and effectively communicating essential information to the field technicians and our customers.Additional administrative duties will include: Assisting with the tracking of payables and receivables and sending notifications to customers, managing contract expiration dates and renewals, maintaining updated data entry into our service and dispatching software, and managing specific office related projects as they arise.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and emailMonitor A/P and A/R and work with leadership team to manage accountsAssist with scheduling of service technicians to meet customer needsAssist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfactionProvide periodic updates to social media platformsSkills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build lasting customer relationsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful situationsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to thrive in a fast paced environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience with Field Edge or other service management software a plusExperience in the HVAC Industry a plusIf you possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.
