The incumbent has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments, ensuring that standards and procedures are adhered to, and recommending process improvements. The Director consults with third party engineering firms on tasks involving non-standard engineering issues. Project Manager - ConstructionWe are a commercial exterior coating, sealant, and restoration contractor. Projects consist of high-rise condominiums, hotels, commercial office, and medical facilities.
