Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material HandlerMaterial Handler M-F: 8-5, Overtime available Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for performing and document daily warehouse operations in a cGMP environment. Have a high level of detail, good documentation practices, ability to follow procedures as written. These areas may include, but are not limited to Shipping and Receiving, GMP Raw Materials, and Inventory Control. Performing daily GMP material receipts according to SOPS/WI and Materials Specifications. Process ERP transactions related to function. Prepare and ship various temperature-controlled shipments. Perform material picking, kitting and transfer into production utilizing aseptic techniques. Ability to safely operate all motorized equipment including ( 10-20% a day) forklift truck, electric pallet jacks, lifts, and company vehicles. Always use PPE, when necessary, ensure proper safety practices are in use, and identify any safety risks. Requirements 1 Years of industry experience with a minimum of HS Diploma. Experienced in ERP transactions regarding cGMP raw materials, inventory control and reporting. The Aspenwood Company has an opportunity for a part time Driver at our Heartis Mid Cities a senior Living community. Pay Rate: $17.00/hr. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. The Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous transportation service and serve as support staff to the community. Reports vehicle maintenance needs to ensure vehicle longevity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Drive vehicle from community location to and from assigned destinations. Assist residents into and out of vehicle in a safe manner. Follow operating safety procedures as defined in the vehicle operating manuals. Observe all traffic laws. Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs while transport is in progress. Practice safe driving techniques at all times. Immediately report accidents or damage to the vehicle to Executive Director or Manager on Duty. Clean vehicle and assure sufficient fueling to meet transportation needs. Report and coordinate needed vehicle maintenance repairs with Director of Maintenance or Executive Director. Establish and monitor daily and weekly trip inspection and preventative maintenance programs, as well as maintain records regarding the maintenance and mileage of all vehicles. Assist residents with belongings. Maintain a safe driving record that meets Company guidelines and insurance carrier requirements. Handle emergency situations and basic First Aid. Report potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director. Build and maintain healthy relationships while interfacing confidently with people of diverse levels and backgrounds.
