The role will, under engineering and technical supervision, carry out assigned tasks in experiments, testing, and analysis.In this role, you will:• Hands-on work in R&D labs, pilot lines, or experimental work on production lines.• Perform membrane tests or other engineering tests.• Collect, organize, and analyze engineering data from tests and experiments.• Generate reports of experiments as necessary.• Attend technical meetings on project planning, experiment design, and discussion of results.• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support project-related activities.You're a good fit if you have:• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.• Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op/internship assignment pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PHD degree in chemical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Chemistry.• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year and Sophomore at an accredited University is required.• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the term.• A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.• Candidates must be detail-oriented.• A high level of organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks is desired.• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are preferred.• Comfortable working independently, as well as on a teamDesired Major in order: Chemical Engineering; Biochemical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Material Science or Engineering; Chemistry; Industrial Engineering.Graduate Date: 2025 or 2026Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Your success will be measured by:• Timely and successful completion of assigned tasks.• Effective communication and effective team player• Demonstration of integrity and acceptance of responsibilities.• Demonstration of analytical and creative thinking and innovative mindset.• Pursuit of excellence in the work you do.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunities to our employees and promote them from within.
