Must have demonstrated experience of managing others Ideal candidates would come from the project management and estimating positions Must have experience with project buy out of mechanical and plumbing materials and equipment. Must be proficient in scope writing and review. Past project size should exceed $10 million HVAC Ductwork estimating experience is beneficial but not required Individual shall be dedicated, self-motivated with good verbal and people skills. Must be able to prioritize and work independently. Must have demonstrated experience in estimating in a hard bid market. Must have demonstrated experience developing accurate estimates from schematic design documents. Responsibilities In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for on-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production. Other duties will include: Studying plans and specifications for construction. Developing skilled craft workers and laborers. Procurement of tools and materials. Conferring with all levels of staff from laborers to engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve construction methods. Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work. Frequent travel required. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working as a Construction Superintendent in the Geotechnical Construction Industry.
