Perform history and physical examinations. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health care problems. Order appropriate testing and consultations. Perform adult care check-ups. Prescribe medication and treatments. Teach patients about health promotion and disease prevention. Process incoming consultations by assigned team and subspecialty diagnoses. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling incoming consultations. Process individual view alerts in CPRS within seven (7) days. Complete clinical progress notes in CPRS within 48 hours of the patient's visit. Demonstrate Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence values. Qualifications: Board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
