Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as required. Perform preventative maintenance on all production process equipment on a scheduled basis. Use equipment manual and documentation to troubleshoot, tune and to find part numbers to make repairs. Ability to install and calibrate temperature controllers/recorders. Walk and stand up to six (6) hours at a time, up to 12 hours a day, with frequent squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting at waist, and climbing ladders. Possess the abilities to perform the physical requirements of the assigned job as identified by the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with or without reasonable accommodations. General physical requirements include lifting, standing, climbing and hand manipulations. Perform all duties in accordance to GMP/QSR guidelines and adhere to all relative Microbiology Division SOP's Perform all work activities in a safe manner. Arrive to work on time and work during scheduled work hours, working additional overtime as needed.
