Provide telephone and telehealth assessment, counseling, resource information, and referrals. Collaborate with the referring/rendering health care provider on the development of a comprehensive treatment and follow up plan. Provide ongoing care and follow up as appropriate with patients to ensure ongoing wellbeing. Provide assessment of the quality and functioning of the online behavioral health program.
