Extensive hands-on experience in multifamily and commercial construction will be considered.Proven track record as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on multifamily and commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
