Bringing with you extensive experience with ARGUS and Excel, you will be tasked with creating and updating financial analyses, including operating proformas, budgets, underwriting models, cash flow waterfalls, and sensitivity analyses. You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing market data and preparing detailed reports to present to senior leadership that provide market insights.
