RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication across the organization. Your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages will be essential for keeping our team informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's vision.Responsibilities include: Communications Specialist will organize and facilitate regular all-hands meetings, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for these gatherings Draft and distribute internal announcements related to company updates, policy changes, and organizational milestones Craft messages that resonate with employees and maintain a positive company culture Enhance our internal SharePoint site by creating user-friendly layouts, organizing content, and ensuring seamless navigation Collaborate with IT and design teams to optimize the user experience Work closely with executives and department heads to prepare engaging presentations for quarterly business reviews Translate complex technical information into accessible content for diverse audiences As a Communications Specialist, you will assist senior leadership in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic discussions Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with corporate goals Curate and create content for internal newsletters, highlighting achievements, project updates, and industry trends Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant informationREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the IT industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for effective storytelling Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
