Title: IT Business AnalystLocation: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ monthsCompensation: $50-55.00/hour W2Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.-As an IT Business Analyst, you will support the development or integration processes, ensure deliverables are met according to specification, and maximize the benefit of our IT system investments. --You will report to the Manager, IT North America Sales Applications.STRATEGY & PLANNING: -Collaborate with project managers and the project's business sponsors to determine project scope and vision.-Establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions.-Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end-users to define our requirements and system goals, and resolve system issues.-Work with partners and project team to prioritize collected requirements.-Design new system prototypes to enhance our business operations and information process flow and/or research and confidently recommend new solutions.-Participate in the review and analysis of existing systems to determine their effectiveness and develop strategies for improvement or further use.OPERATIONAL EXECUTION: -Analyze, document, and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.-Develop and use standard templates to write requirement specifications.-Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.-Conduct peer reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.-Communicate enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation project managers, sponsors, and other partners so that issues and solutions are understood.-Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.-Create system design proposals.-Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.-Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.-Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.-Develop end-user training materials for modified and new systems.EXPERIENCE: -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.-Experience with Sales and Operations processes.-Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts. -Understanding of project management processes preferred.-Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.-Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay, 401(k)Retirement plan...and much more!About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
