Can flex and see more or less to accommodate scheduling as needed, focus on work life balanceCollaboration with I team to ensure best practice and quality outcomes as well as assure continuity of care.Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and medically necessary documentation of clinical contacts.Direct clinical role.Qualifications of the Social Worker:LMSW; Masters from an accredited University plus 1-2 years' experience.Full State license.Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, coworkers and other relevant professional contacts.Proficient with use of technology (medical records, word, excel, etc.)The Following is a Plus:1+ years' experience providing mental health services, particularly healthcare settings in Nursing Homes.Experience with Medicare guidelines, standards of care and documentation.www.behavioralcaresolutions.com
