POSITION SUMMARY:   The Maintenance Technician II will perform routine building maintenance tasks for up to 15 facilities involving the skills of two or more fields to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of Goodwill facilities in excellent repair. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Record type, cost, and time of maintenance or repair work. Secure project materials either by visiting retail location or via online ordering as directed. Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular office fixtures and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks.  Perform seasonal grounds maintenance such as lawncare and snow removal from time to time when needed to supplement contracted vendors.
