The person hired will serve as the first point of contact and primary administrative support for the Associate Provost for Diversity and Faculty Development/Chief Diversity Officer, who leads the Office of EDI in its strategic vision and planning at Tulane University. The Office of EDI Program Manager will also assist the Director of the Office of EDI in implementation of strategic planning and provide overall administrative support to the EDI Office staff. The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Program Manager is extremely organized and efficient, a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively, and a willingness and flexibility to help meet the goals of the Office of EDI in addressing issues of EDI in the Tulane community.
