Five (5) or more years of experience in environmental permitting (including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404, Endangered Species Act (ESA), etc.). Two (2) or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with ever increasing complexity. Experience with public lands, natural resource issues, and/or mining projects in the Western U.S.Ongoing and positive relationships with federal land management and regulatory agenciesExperience writing and reviewing technical reports. Experience leading and mentoring environmental teams including environmental specialists (botanists, biologists, geologists, etc.). Valid driver's license.
