Our dedicated Support Team provides continued service delivery for hardware support in a professional, effective manner. The role of IT Support Manager is critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, technical support quality, and team performance. This on-site, in-person position regularly leverages tools like Microsoft Copilot to build AI virtual assistants and improve business efficiency. Research gathering, data analysis, and solutions recommendations that align with business objectives are regular parts of the job.
