This position requires innovative thinking, consulting skills and collaboration.    Responsibilities Identify improvement opportunities for current systems, planning, and reporting methods.  Support or lead global projects / initiatives. Develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to operational, divisional, and global participants, manage projects / initiatives to timeline, and successfully achieve projects’ / initiatives’ goals.  Communicate relationships and constraints between people, processes, business requirements and systems.  Work independently on development and execution of plans.  Lead business requirements gathering and design sessions for new processes, applications, and enhancements.  Prepare and review Detailed Requirements Documents and Use Cases.  Evaluate cause and effect of business problems, analyze options, and propose solutions.  Provide expertise on subject matter on supply chain processes and applications.  Develop process and training documents.  Coordinate testing and implementation of key system enhancements.  Coordinate efforts of project estimation for review with cross organization technical and business teams.    Must Have:  Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Nice to Have Enterprise ERP, especially SAP Experience over multiple areas within supply chain including Warehousing and Logistics, Planning, Customer Care, Procurement, and Process Improvement System implementation experience (core team or deployment team)  Quantitative aptitude   Systems thinking  High proficiency with Microsoft Office   Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt certified  Project management   Facilitation and elicitation Skills  Experience with Change Management and Global Project Deployment   Why Work with Us?  Working here is highly rewarding – we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.  It’s essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
