Insight Global is looking for a System Engineer to work a hybrid schedule for our automotive client in Dearborn, MI. This candidate would be joining the team that is responsible for resolving issues that are found during the OTA updates. They work with the triage team that pulls the data from the CAN logs for them and then they must be able to read and decode the CAN log to identify where the issue is. Once the issue is found they often times have to recreate it to identify how to solve the problem. This position requires identifying the problem, occasionally troubleshooting the issue yourself, and then resolving the root of the problem.
