The ideal candidate must possess exceptional hospitality management skills while having a passion for guest satisfaction, and strong attention to detail. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring highest-quality service, coordinating with cleaning teams and maintaining the lodge's overall efficiency and excellence.
