ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision of the Director of Student Loans and University Bursar, the Associate Director of Student Loans, Default Prevention independently administers borrower delinquency and default prevention/management program for the university. This position will be responsible for the efficient delivery of all student loan default prevent outreach efforts by providing critical and direct oversight. This position will manage the following: default prevention workshops; entrance and exit counseling; and provide quality customer service to all students and their families.
