This position will be covering our offices in Macon and Warner Robins (20 miles S), with the sales rep splitting their time between both offices.Duties:• Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes• Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient• Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders- explaining and selling treatment plans• Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan• Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires• Follow up calls to patients• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals• Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans• Financials- accept payments for treatment care plans• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care planRequirements:• Two-year degree or more preferred but not required• Experience in sales and customer service is required• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required• Willingness to work both office locationsSchedule:• Full timeSalary:• $14-$22/hr plus unlimited bonus (potential for an additional $400-$1000/week)Benefits:• Bonus compensation based on sales (potential for an additional $400-$1000/week)• PTO• Health Insurance• Employee Discount• Competitive pay with room for growth• Comprehensive training provided• Supportive and collaborative team environmentIf you share our passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness, we invite you to join our team.
