Facilities Engineer - Semiconductor ManufacturingJob SummaryResponsible for the overall efficient operation of all facility infrastructures, including electrical, mechanical, cleanroom, HVAC, boiler, fire, security alarm systems, and all essential supporting equipment. Responsible for installing, maintaining, performing, modifying, and economically operating all facility equipment and infrastructure. Plans, coordinates, oversees, and performs infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, security, and health and safety standards. Minimum QualificationsMinimum five years of experience working with facility infrastructure.Experience in working around and with toxic gases and/or liquids.A working knowledge of facility subsystems, such as HVAC, electrical distribution, process water systems, compressed air, cleanroom, and gas distribution systems, is required.Working knowledge of standard CAD, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and database programs.Active and effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in Semiconductor or chemical-related facilityEducation: Bachelor's degree, engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
