You will maintain superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate healthcare professionals about our products. You will also leverage insights to create a customer engagement plan, use a wide variety of promotional resources and analytical tools to understand and evaluate the business, and work with your Regional Sales Director and District Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to generate recognizable increases of sales in your territory.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 2 years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales OR 3 yrs sales experience in scientific/clinical/healthcare environment OR demonstrated experience & knowledge within healthcare ecosystemsStrong clinical skill, and sales abilityA valid driver's license and safe driving recordInternal candidate must be Career Ladder Level 2 and aboveDesirable Skills/Experience:Four or more years in AZ Pharmaceutical Sales (Internal Only), or related sales experienceTwo or more years Hospital selling experienceAccount management experienceExperience in working with interventional cardiologistExperience working in the Cath LaboratoryExperience influencing formulary decisionsAt AstraZeneca, we are on a journey to bring life-saving medicines to patients.
