Coordinate activities from receipt of plans to bid or proposal. Essential Job Functions:Know and Understand Union Trade agreements that will be associated with each estimateParticipate in bid activities including specialty quotes, equipment pricing and subcontractors.Generate Subcontractor and Vendor request for bid and call to confirm bid coverage.Review specifications and drawings prior to take offs. Complete all estimating forms as required to prepare a complete estimate to a RecapUpdate current pricing and labor in the estimating program on a regular basis.
