Key Accountabilities Must be able to use all required hand and power tools. Maintain all Boiler/Coolant/Chiller feed water systems including adding salt to water softeners. Perform Boiler sediment flush/blow down periodically. Proficient in Welding, Brazing and Metal Fabrication. Proficient in All Metal and PVC Plumbing up to 100 psi. Perform general building maintenance tasks as required. Must keep work area clean, neat, and orderly per 5s program. Must understand and follow work instructions and procedures related to this job function. Must perform Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly checks and maintain records as required.
