Check's goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Then, read on...COME ON BOARD THE GOGO BUSINESS AVIATION MATERIAL HANDLING & LOGISTICS TEAM!HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?General DutiesAssist with maintaining AS9100 requirements and certificationUnderstand and assist with any inventory transactions, and data recording required to produce Gogo productsAssist with physical inventory requirements, and cycle counts as requiredReceivingDaily processing of material receipts to ensure PO’s/receivers are accurateDeliver incoming material to the proper recipient in a timely mannerProcess RMA material to ensure that these materials are handled in a timely and correct manner to ensure customer requirements and Failure Analysis requirements are metShippingEnsure daily shipments of all products are processed in a timely manner to assure on-time-shipments and the processed orders are correct and completeShipping of product to both Domestic and International Customers using UPS, FedEx and other carriers as requiredPrepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, and packing productKittingProcess completed racks from production and incoming inspection placing material in correct locations/binsPull production orders (kits) per daily priority listMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventoryMaterial Review Board (MRB)Process non-conformances from production and incoming inspection placing material in correct locations/binsComplete rework orders as neededPull transfer orders and purchase return orders accurately and in a timely mannerWork with multiple departments to manage MRB inventory levels and keep inventory moving through the processQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience1+ years of stockroom and inventory experienceExcellent computer skillsMust be willing to be on call some weekends and holidays (rotation)REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TALENTSAcquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasksRelates well with other people and serves well as a team memberDemonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills.
