This role will require the technician to report to the site daily to perform inspections and maintenance of the equipment in the solar field. Responsible for performing operating functions which includes monitoring and operating solar plant equipment, is knowledgeable in power systems, troubleshooting equipment, and isolating and safety tagging equipment for maintenance activities. You will maintain records and documentation of site activities, visitors, substation work, battery logs, and generator operation.
