Floral Design School equals six months full-time retail design experience. Demonstrated aptitude for filling customer needs, and designing floral arrangements. Direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all floral products. Order properly to maintain adequate stock and supplies and guard against waste and pilferage. Maintain and submit required records and reports and use them effectively. Maintain effective and good house cleaning in all areas Analyze continuously all aspects of Floral Department and periodically make changes or make recommendations to store manager.
